HOWARD JOHNSON
This visualization project was developed based on the initial plans provided by the client, who came to our studio through recommendation with a clear objective: to shape an international hotel concept that combined hospitality, warmth, and a strong corporate profile in a region where this type of proposal was largely absent.
At Junior Estudio, we approached the project as a strategic communication tool, understanding that the images needed to do more than represent a building. They had to convey experience, generate confidence, and support investment decisions.
The interior design was fully developed by our studio. We proposed the design and atmosphere of all common areas — including the lobby, meeting spaces, dining areas, circulation zones, and recreational spaces — seeking a balance between the identity of a well-established hotel chain and a warm, contemporary, and functional environment. Each space was conceived to communicate comfort, professionalism, and real user experience.
Landscape design was developed in collaboration with a local specialist from La Pampa, with a strong focus on native vegetation and local climate conditions, characteristic of a dry and warm region. From our role as visualizers, we carried out a detailed process of selecting appropriate models and species to ensure these decisions were accurately and coherently represented in the final images, integrating the surrounding environment into the architectural proposal.
In terms of visual storytelling, we conducted an extensive exploration of camera angles and viewpoints, delivering significantly more images than initially requested. Over twenty different views were developed to present the project through multiple perspectives: user experience, overall scale, spatial quality, and commercial potential.
The final images were used as the primary material for the presentation and validation of the project to investors, successfully fulfilling the original objective. The project is currently under construction, reinforcing the value of visualization as an active part of the development process.
From our perspective, this project illustrates how architectural visualization can support an idea from its conceptual stage to its realization, transforming plans and intentions into clear, engaging, and memorable images.
